Job summary

HB Glass & Aluminium is seeking an Inventory Controller for a permanent, full-time role in Malaysia. You will monitor inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate inbound/outbound goods with the Purchasing and Production teams to ensure timely material availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, update, and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and full inventory audits.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound goods, including receiving, inspecting, and verifying materials against PO and DO.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of inventory items.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Purchasing Department on replenishment needs and material shortages.
• Support the Production Department by ensuring timely supply of materials.
• Identify slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete items and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Assist in improving inventory control processes and warehouse efficiency.
