Job summary

O'Seeker Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Malacca is seeking a warehouse and storage operations professional to manage FIFO-based receiving, distribution, and storage of goods and raw materials.

The role includes forklift operation, stock organization, and daily maintenance of storage areas. You will handle loading/unloading, picking and packing according to customer orders, and ensure accurate stock records while maintaining clean, safe storage spaces.

Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute finished goods and raw materials based on FIFO concept, checking quantity and type of goods
• Move and arrange goods, stock or machinery in surrounding areas using hands, lifting gear, tools or forklift
• Load and unload goods to/from lorries or vans, ensuring correct quantity and type of goods received from stores
• Assist in picking, wrapping, tying or packaging finished goods based on customer purchase orders
• Relocate or rearrange finished goods, raw materials and packaging materials to create empty storage space or empty shelves for use
• Ensure all goods in storage are kept in the correct location or shelf
• Maintain storage area in clean condition daily
• Keep forklift in clean condition and charge battery daily
• Report to supervisor when forklift has any problems or damage
• Assist in stock checking and update stock cards when required

Job description
