Job summary

CAMNIX SOLUTION SDN. BHD. in Kuching, Sarawak, is seeking an Administration Executive to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate stock records.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily stock movement and control.
• Process Sales Orders and issue Delivery Orders.
• Organize, store, label, and maintain proper stock storage.
• Maintain store organization and conduct regular stock counts.
• Record inbound/outbound stock movements and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports for management review.

Handle and control daily stock movement.

Process Sales Orders by preparing items, issuing Delivery Orders (DO).

Organize and maintain proper storage, arrangement, and labeling of goods in the store.

Maintain proper organization of the store at all times.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies

Process inbound and outbound stock movements, including receiving, checking and recording goods

Monitor stock levels and prepare reports on inventory status for management review

Assist in identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock and support inventory optimization initiatives

Support the implementation of warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

What we're looking for

Responsible, organized, and detail oriented.

No experience required, training will be provided.

Basic knowledge of inventory or store keeping is an advantage.

Ability to work accurately with inventory data and maintain meticulous records

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with operations and management teams
