Job summary

HAG STORE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Stock Executive to manage daily inventory operations, ensure accuracy, monitor stock movements, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

You will conduct product quality inspections, process warranty claims, support with counts and replenishment planning, and maintain precise records to help deliver reliable stock availability.

Qualifications

Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in purchasing or stock control (retail/wholesale preferred).
Proficient in Google Workspace; AutoCount knowledge is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Ensure accuracy, monitor stock levels, manage records of incoming/outgoing transactions, and conduct cycle counts.
Warranty & Repair Management: Process warranty/repair claims and follow up with suppliers; prepare monthly reports.
Product Quality Control: Conduct testing and quality inspections; investigate defects and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

Job description

The Stock Executive is responsible for daily inventory operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring stock movements, processing warranty claims, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and conducting product quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

Ensure inventory accuracy and manage inventory organization.
Monitor branch stock levels and assist in replenishment planning.
Manage accurate records in incoming and outgoing inventory transactions.
Conduct warehouse spot checks and cycle counts.

2. Warranty & Repair Management

Process warranty & repair claims, repair
Follow up with suppliers on warranty claims and replacements.
Prepare monthly warranty and repair reports.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding warranty cases.

3. Product Quality Control

Conduct product testing and quality inspections.
Prepare Product Test Reports.
Investigate product defects and identify root causes.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal repair teams regarding quality issues.

Qualification & Requirements:

Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in purchasing or stock control (retail/wholesale preferred).
Proficient in Google Workspace; AutoCount knowledge is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and multitasking skills.
