Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a stocktake associate to ensure accurate stock counts and smooth stocktake processes. You will follow SOPs, adhere to schedules from the Stocktake Supervisor, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.

The role requires basic numeracy, computer literacy, and flexibility to work night shifts and travel across Malaysia. Experience in FMCG retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have basic numeracy and literacy.
• Proficiency in basic computer literacy.
• Able to work night shifts after store closure.
• Willingness to travel across Malaysia to different store locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stocktake SOPs are followed strictly.
• Follow the schedule given by Stocktake Supervisor.
• Count accurately and streamline stocktake process.
• Communicate with team members to resolve issues.
• Contribute to faster counting speeds.
• Enter monthly summaries and weekly KPI data.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Make sure all stocktake SOP is follow strictly

Follow the schedule given by Stocktake Supervisor

Responsible on accuracy counting and smoothen stocktake process.

Communicate with team member to solve any issue arise.

Responsible on how to increase the speed of counting.

Key in monthly summary and weekly KPI

Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Education & Qualification

SPM & Above

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

Minimum of 1 -2 years of retail working experience (Preferred FMCG or rapid expansion chain store)

Preferably with experience driving a van

Able to bend, squat, climb lift and move stock as needed

Basic numeracy and literacy

Basic computer literacy

Ability to work night shifts – comfortable working during late night hours after store closure

Adaptable to travel – able to follow the team on long trips to different store locations across Malaysia

Preferable speak and write Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
