To be aware of the hotel hygiene and sanitation standards and procedures.

Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of the cleaning schedule, maintaining consistent cleaning standards and ensuring all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and within the required timeframe.

Monitor and control operating and cleaning supply costs, while promoting proper handling and care of equipment, utensils, and operating supplies to minimize breakage, damage, and loss.

Conserve chemicals, cleaning supplies, electricity, and water wherever possible to minimize resource consumption and environmental impact.

Operates and maintains food waste compost machine, managing food scraps and supporting Hotel’s sustainability goals.
