Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on kitchen assistant to support the kitchen team during shifts, help prep ingredients, and ensure cleanliness of the kitchen area throughout service.

Responsibilities include assisting with cleaning, washing and preparation duties, sanitizing food areas per hygiene standards, unloading deliveries, and organizing and storing supplies efficiently.

-Responsible for assisting kitchen team to prep ingredients during shift.

-Responsible for cleanliness of kitchen during shift

- Responsible for assisting all cleaning, washing, and preparation duties required in kitchens.

-Responsible for sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.

-Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.

-Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.
