Job summary

SOLEH GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a Programme Coordinator to plan and grow STEM, Robotics and Innovation programmes in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. You will handle programme planning, class delivery, trainer coordination, student development, enrolment and STEM activities.

The role involves coordinating calendars, preparing lesson plans, delivering classes when required, monitoring progress and supporting promotions and events to foster student growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, STEM, Robotics, Computer Science, Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in STEM, Robotics or education programmes.
• Experience conducting STEM or Robotics classes.
• Experience in programme coordination, student projects or competitions is preferred.
• Robotics, Coding or STEM certification is an added advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about STEM education, innovation and student development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate STEM, Robotics and Innovation programmes.
• Prepare programme calendars, class schedules, lesson plans and learning activities.
• Conduct STEM and Robotics classes when required.
• Monitor students' learning progress, engagement and development.
• Coordinate and supervise STEM and Robotics trainers.
• Support student enrolment, enquiries, trial classes and programme promotion.
• Develop and coordinate weekend programmes, school holiday workshops and STEM bootcamps.
• Prepare and guide students for STEM and Robotics competitions.
• Guide students in robotics, coding, engineering, AI and innovation projects.
• Support STEM activities, exhibitions, events and school programmes.
