Job summary

Teach For Malaysia is seeking a Design & Training Manager to lead the two-year PDG curriculum delivery, align with our mission to build teacher capability in STEM across Malaysia, and supervise a team of trainers and coaches.

You will design, implement, and refine blended learning modules, monitor impact with data, collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and travel across regions to support programme scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or education preferred.
• 4–6 years experience in training and facilitation.
• Experience in content development for teacher programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of PDG curriculum.
• Coach and develop internal and external trainers.
• Monitor learning outcomes and programme impact.
