Job summary

A logistics company in Kulai, Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage shipment tracking and delivery. The candidate will oversee staff, handle cash transactions, and ensure efficient operations. A diploma or higher degree is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. Candidates should be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Track and delivery shipment from pick-up to delivery.
• Manage staff and part-timers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Handle cash on delivery and ensure daily banking.
• Control inventory to minimize missing and damaged parcels.

Job Descriptions:

• Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
• Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely.
• Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
• Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request
• Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
• Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.
• Any other task instructed by superior

Others:

• Conforms to the ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System & Halal Assurance System.
• Take care of own and others' safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
