Responsibilities

Track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery.
Manage staff, including subcontractors and part-timers, ensuring tasks are completed correctly.
Act as hub manager when required.
Handle cash on delivery money and bank daily.
Collaborate with customer service to fulfil customer requests.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth processes.
Control inventory and safeguard against missing/damaged parcels.
Comply with Quality Management System, OH&S and GDPMD requirements.
Maintain personal and team safety and participate in related programmes.
Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor.
