Job summary

Sanofi is hiring a People Services Generalist (Japanese Speaker) in Malaysia. You will manage HR inquiries, guide employees through the knowledge base, and escalate complex cases. You’ll mentor junior teammates, document case progress, and contribute to knowledge articles in English and local language.

You should bring 1–2 years in HR operations or shared services, strong English and Japanese skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with case management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR inquiries and tickets; provide guidance via knowledge base
• Mentor L1-1 team members on case resolution
• Work in case management tools to document progress
• Provide written and verbal responses to employee queries
• Create and maintain knowledge articles in English and local language
• Conduct quality reviews of case resolutions and articles
• Develop SOPs and identify efficiency opportunities
