Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree/Master in Material Eng/Mechanical Eng/Electronics Eng/Physics/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong background in LED manufacturing or semiconductor field desirable.
• Experience leading engineers and technicians is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Product Life Cycle for LED products with/without built-in IC.
• Analyze yield data, set yield targets, and forecast yield improvements.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Chip Change, and Production teams on improvements.
• Update product BOMs, setup new derivatives, and support PFMEA and product changes.
• Support internal/external quality issues and product traceability activities.
