Manufacturing Calibration Services is looking for a talented Calibration Engineer to be responsible for ensuring that the instruments and testing devices are correctly calibrated and provide accurate readings in accordance with standards and manage and support internal calibration laboratories activities and external calibration laboratories participating in the NI Certified Calibration Center (CCC) Program, and to partner with the global calibration organization to guarantee global calibration capabilities for NI Products. The position will require applicants to perform calibrations and produce technical reports both in the field and in calibration laboratory. Applicants may be required to travel to the job site and interact directly with customers. Applicants for this position must have a solid understanding of the technical processes and tools involved in calibration, as well as scientific knowledge of statistics and math, as well as data analysis and presentation skills. The role also will work across internal functions and calibration partners to achieve operational and business goals, will provide equipment, training, and support to our global calibration partners.
