Sun Cycle Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable professional to assist in managing the assigned brand and to analyze customer needs and market trends. You will participate in pricing strategy reviews, product planning, and business process design to optimize offerings for dealers and partners.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and a passion for IT. Mandarin proficiency is a plus to support regional communications in Malaysia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years experience in IT industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional, confident, assertive
• Able to communicate at all level, conduct presentation for both principal & dealers
• Possess strong passion in IT line
• Proficiency in Mandarin or additional languages is an added advantage to support regional and international communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling and overseeing the business of the assigned brand
• Responsible for monitoring, sorting and analyzing customers’ needs, competitive product trends and industry conditions
• Pricing strategy - review & recommended changes upon needs.
• Responsible product planning, business process design, functional design, demand analysis, product optimization, etc
