Job summary

HONOR Malaysia seeks a GTM Specialist - AIoT to drive commercial success and market presence for the AIoT product portfolio across Malaysia. You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle planning, pricing, cross-functional campaign execution and sales forecasting, acting as the bridge between local sales/marketing teams and regional HQ.

The role requires 3+ years in product management or GTM strategy within consumer electronics or smart devices, a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years in product management, GTM strategy, product marketing, or channel management in consumer electronics/smart devices.
• English fluency required; Mandarin preferred for HQ alignment.
• Strong skills in sales forecasting, inventory/WOI management, market trend analysis, and price-positioning.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and customize HONOR’s local AIoT portfolio and build a national roadmap.
• Coordinate GTM launches, channel distribution, and retail display coverage with sales, retail, and marketing teams.
• Analyze pricing and costs to maintain competitiveness while safeguarding profitability.
• Manage end-to-end sales forecasts and inventory health; monitor WOI and DOS to hit targets.
• Lead cross-department coordination with Product, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail; align with HQ on allocations and launches.
• Track KPIs post-launch and adjust strategy to maximise ROI.
