Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang, Malaysia, seeks an experienced PMA CPE Manager to lead customer-focused product engineering, drive AI-powered analytics, and manage the PMA product roadmap. You will partner with Success, Product Management, Field, and R&D teams to translate customer needs into manufacturing analytics solutions and accelerate AI adoption.

The role requires deep ICT manufacturing domain expertise, extensive customer engagement experience, and proven leadership in software product

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in software product development, manufacturing analytics, test engineering, or related technical domains.
Strong understanding of ICT manufacturing, production testing, and manufacturing data analytics.
Experience working directly with customers and managing product requirements.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product releases.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead PMA Customer Product Engineering (CPE) and drive PMA product roadmap, AI innovation, and customer requirement management.
Partner with Customer Success, Product Management, Field, and R&D teams to translate customer needs into manufacturing analytics solutions, support PMA cadence releases, and accelerate adoption of AI-powered capabilities.
Provide technical leadership on PMA architecture, manufacturing analytics workflows, and ICT manufacturing solutions.
Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Customer Success, and Field organizations to align customer needs with product strategy and engineering execution.
Support release planning, risk management, and issue resolution activities.
