Job summary

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software product development, manufacturing analytics, test engineering, or related technical domains.
- Strong ICT manufacturing, production testing, and manufacturing data analytics knowledge.
- Experience translating customer requirements into product roadmaps and releases.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and customer-focused delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead PMA Customer Product Engineering (CPE) and drive PMA product roadmap, AI innovation, and customer requirement management.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product Management, Field, and R&D teams to translate customer needs into analytics solutions and accelerate AI adoption.
- Drive PMA architecture, manufacturing analytics workflows, and ensure product reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
