Responsibilities

• Analyze key metrics and drive initiatives ownership for MOR and related programs.
• Run reports for Warranty, Gross Margins and other indicators; deliver timely management reports.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Department Manager.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and trends; provide updates to management.
• Lead analytical design of processes and reports to support revenue projections.
• Digitize processes and reports for timely, accurate reporting; standardize frameworks.
• Act as focal point for analytical escalation; drive efficiencies across topline and inventory.
