Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Malaysia is seeking an experienced PMA CPE Manager to lead customer-focused product engineering, drive AI-powered analytics, and translate supplier and customer requirements into robust manufacturing solutions.

You will partner with Product Management, Field, and R&D to manage roadmaps, cadence releases, and AI innovations, ensuring scalable, reliable software delivery and strong customer outcomes across global accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software product development, manufacturing analytics, test engineering, or related technical domains.
• Strong understanding of ICT manufacturing, production testing, and manufacturing data analytics.
• Experience working directly with customers and managing product requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product releases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead PMA Customer Product Engineering (CPE) and drive PMA product roadmap, AI innovation, and customer requirement management. Partner with Customer Success, Product Management, Field, and R&D teams to translate customer needs into manufacturing analytics solutions, support PMA cadence releases, and accelerate adoption of AI-powered capabilities. Requires strong ICT manufacturing domain expertise, customer engagement experience, and proven leadership in software product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Roadmap Execution

• Serve as the PMA CPE Manager and lead customer-focused product engineering initiatives.


• Drive execution of PMA product roadmaps and cadence releases in collaboration with Product Management and R&D teams.


• Support planning, prioritization, and delivery of PMA features, enhancements, and AI-driven innovations.


• Balance customer requirements, business priorities, and engineering resources to maximize product value.

Customer Engagement & Requirement Management

• Partner closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Sales, and Field teams to gather and prioritize customer requirements.


• Act as the technical representative for PMA in customer discussions, workshops, demonstrations, and escalation reviews.


• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and influence roadmap decisions.


• Manage requirement traceability from customer request through development and release.


• Establish strong relationships with customers to understand manufacturing analytics challenges and opportunities.

AI & Innovation Leadership

• Drive adoption and integration of AI technologies within PMA solutions.


• Support development and deployment of AI-powered analytics capabilities, including generative AI assistants, intelligent diagnostics, and predictive analytics.


• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML technologies to improve customer outcomes and product differentiation.


• Collaborate with AI, Data Science, and Engineering teams to accelerate innovation initiatives.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership on PMA architecture, manufacturing analytics workflows, and ICT manufacturing solutions.


• Support Product Management in defining technical feasibility, solution direction, and product strategy.


• Guide engineering teams on customer priorities and business requirements.


• Work with quality, DevOps, and development teams to ensure product reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with R&D teams, Product Management, Customer Success, and Field organizations.


• Facilitate alignment between customer needs, product strategy, and engineering execution.


• Support release planning, risk management, and issue resolution activities.

Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and customer engagement practices.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.


• 15+ years of experience in software product development, manufacturing analytics, test engineering, or related technical domains.


• Strong understanding of ICT manufacturing, production testing, and manufacturing data analytics.

Preferred

• Background in AI/ML, predictive analytics, or Generative AI applications.


• Experience supporting global customers and field organizations.
