Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang seeks an experienced Program Leader to orchestrate a portfolio of digitalization and AI initiatives. You will own end-to-end program delivery, guiding Project Managers, Project Planners, and Product Owners while partnering with AI, Data, and Software teams to scale impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex programs in digitalization, software, data, or AI domains.
• Proven experience managing portfolios of cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership experience managing program/project teams.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of digitalization and AI programs from ideation through delivery.
• Define program strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and value realization aligned with business priorities.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, productivity gain, scalability, and ROI.
• Own end-to-end program execution including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish and enforce delivery governance, milestones, and release readiness.
