Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional portfolios with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership experience managing program/project teams.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of digitalization and AI programs across NPI, from ideation through delivery and release.
• Define program strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and value realization aligned with business priorities.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, productivity gain, scalability, and ROI.
• Own end-to-end program execution including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish and enforce delivery governance, milestones, and release readiness.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of AI and digital products.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Project Planners, and Product Owners.
• Set clear objectives, roles, and accountability across delivery teams.
• Foster a strong execution culture focused on outcomes, speed, and quality.
• Partner closely with AI, Data, and Software Engineering teams to co-develop scalable, reusable AI and digital solutions.
• Work with R&D, Product Management, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
• Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business leadership.
