Qualifications

Min 12 years of total working experiences

Hands‑on experience with D365 Customer Experience (CE) / Dynamics CRM across Online/On‑prem modules & PowerApps technical solutions

Familiarity working with Across CRM Modules i.e Customer Services, Sales, Marketing

At least 2 full cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365CE or Dynamics CRM

Experiences in presales/building proof of concepts (POC)

Would be great if you have worked with regional projects, preferrable for Japan, Australia

Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
