Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad (CCM) is seeking a Distribution Executive to lead the Distribution Department, plan dispatches, manage weighbridge and shipping, and oversee billing and transport safety. You will coordinate tankers and drivers to meet sales demand, train staff for career advancement, and ensure import/export shipments comply with regulatory requirements across local and overseas routes.

Competenze

• Min Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• 10 years in Transport Operation, Scheduling, Weighbridge and Shipping.
• Certification – The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

Main Duties

Managing the Distribution Department which includes planning, dispatching, weighbridge, shipping, documents billing, transport safety, transport maintenance and asset tracking system.

To ensure all the processes in the Distribution Department run smoothly and efficiently.

Managing of distribution staffs and ensure that they are highly motivated in performing the task and highly efficient in their work skills

To ensure that the staff are well trained and be developed for career advancement

Managing a pool transporter either contract or ad hoc to make sure that the resources (tankers and drivers) as per expectation and met the sales demand requirements.

To manage and work closely with transporter to ensure enough tankers and lorries readiness to deliver.

To ensure movement of chlorine drum and cylinder movement and ensure optimization of empty collection and system update on time.

To ensure that all the import and export shipment has been managed and arranged accordingly via the shipping liner and appointed shipping and forwarding agents.

Ensure the compliance to regulatory requirement for both local transportation and oversea shipment.

Monitor and ensure that criteria of Road Transport Safety requirements are met by both company and transporter while planning and delivery of products to the customers.
