Job summary

Neoasia Group is seeking a Sr. Business Development Executive to promote our medical devices and injectable products to healthcare professionals across the assigned territory in clinics and hospitals.

You will conduct product demonstrations, support events, and collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts while expanding the customer base. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in medical device and injectable products.
• Strong interest in the medical aesthetic industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our range of medical devices/injectable products to medical professionals in clinics and hospitals
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of medical devices/injectable products
• Work with marketing team to achieve a synergy of marketing plans with sales efforts
• Support the implementation of events such as product launches, trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops, product demonstrations, etc
• Develop, build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to generate leads and expand the customer base
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
