AL-IKHSAN NILAI AVENUE 9 is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and lead a dynamic retail team. The role focuses on achieving targets, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional customer service in a sports retail environment.

You will oversee merchandising, stock control, and training while ensuring compliance with company policies. Weekend and shift rotations are part of the schedule.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Store/Sales Manager in daily store operations and staff performance.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations.
• Ensure highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage visual merchandising, stock display, and replenishment.
• Handle inventory control, stock takes, and loss prevention activities.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Prepare and present sales and performance reports to management.
• Act as PIC in the absence of Store/Branch Manager.
