Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd (Retail) invites you to join our Malaysia team as a Sales Consultant. Greet customers, help with product selection, and upsell to meet individual and store targets while keeping knowledge across footwear, apparel and equipment up-to-date.

You will ensure attractive merchandise presentation, accurate tagging, stock replenishment, and smooth cash handling. Weekend and rotational shifts are required, with opportunities for training and career growth in Malaysia's top sports

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and upsell products.
• Interest in sports and fitness retail a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling.
• Maintain product knowledge across footwear, apparel, and equipment.
• Ensure merchandise is well-presented, tagged, and stocked.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in stock management and inventory counts.
