Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology) to lead end-to-end tech recruitment and contractor workforce management. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in sourcing niche technology professionals, strong stakeholder engagement and proven ability to manage external vendors and contractors in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition with technology focus.
• Proven track record recruiting niche, hard-to-fill tech roles.
• Hands-on contractor workforce management and vendor coordination.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in multinational organisations is a plus.
• Familiar with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end technology recruitment for IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, Data, AI and Digital roles.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines and attract niche tech professionals.
• Contractor Management: Oversee contractor lifecycle including onboarding, renewals, extensions, offboarding.
• Vendor Management: Partner with agencies and contractors to ensure quality, cost efficiency and compliance.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with leaders on workforce requirements and hiring insights.
• Recruitment Analytics: Monitor KPIs, contractor headcount and expiry dates.
• Process Improvement: Improve recruitment processes and governance.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology) to drive end-to-end technology recruitment and contractor workforce management.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruitment professional with strong technical hiring expertise, stakeholder management skills and experience managing external contractors and recruitment vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialised roles across IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, Data, AI and Digital functions.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop effective sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and attract niche technology professionals.
• Contractor Management: Oversee the contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, contract renewals, extensions, offboarding and workforce tracking.
• Vendor Management: Partner with recruitment agencies and contractor service providers to ensure quality delivery, cost efficiency and compliance.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders on workforce requirements, hiring strategies and talent market insights.
• Recruitment Analytics: Monitor hiring KPIs, contractor headcount, contract expiry dates and recruitment effectiveness.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes, contractor governance and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably specialising in Technology & Digital recruitment.
• Proven track record in recruiting niche and hard-to-fill technology positions.
• Hands-on experience in contractor workforce management and recruitment vendor coordination.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in multinational organisations or global shared services is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruitment platforms is preferred.
