Job summary

DKSH in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced SAP EWM professional to design, develop and implement SAP solutions within the SAP Applications architecture. You will provide high-level application support and ensure alignment with architectural blueprints and standards.

You will gather business requirements, design SAP-based solutions, and maintain deployment procedures while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years of SAP EWM implementation experience.
• Demonstrate SAP EWM application knowledge (functional, business or industry) and ABAP debugging basics.
• Experience with CIF, MFS, POLC, LOSC, and related SAP modules (MM, SD, WM).
• Knowledge of qRFC Monitors (Inbound/Outbound).
• SDLC experience in SAP environments and strong SAP integration knowledge.
• Familiarity with EDI/IDOC and third-party interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP application design, development and implementation within the IT SAP Applications architecture.
• Offer application support with high service levels.
• Develop and align SAP solutions with architectural blueprints and best practices.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical designs and operations.
• Maintain documentation for SAP deployment and share best practices with teams.
• Support SAP Applications issues and escalate complex cases to ensure user satisfaction.

General responsibilities:

• Support superior in managing day-to-day support and potentially project related subjects
• Provide development within, and alignment to, architectural blueprint designs
• Adhere to established best practices, procedures, guidelines and compliance with respect to SAP application architecture standards
• Develop application solution designs that align with the defined SAP Applications architecture, standards and processes
• Gather and analyze business requirements; develop appropriate SAP application solutions covering technical design, business processes and operations
• Research, evaluate SAP application architecture design and new technology, recommend where needed
• Maintain and share procedures for SAP application design, development and deployment
• Share best practice to other teams related to SAP Applications design, development, processes and policies to ensure adherence
• Support SAP Applications issues; elevate complex issues in a timely manner to achieve/maintain user satisfaction
• Understand and establish communication on user needs and priorities
• Ensure service level adherence
• Able to work in agile environment and handle multiple initiatives parallelly.

Functional Skills And Knowledge

Functional skills and knowledge:

• Minimum 5-6 years of SAP EWM implementation experience required.
• Demonstrate sound SAP EWM application (functional, business or industry) and technical ABAP knowledge (if any for debugging purposes)
• Have experience in handling CIF, MFS, POLC, LOSC and etc
• Must have knowledge handling qRFC Monitors (Inbound and outbound)
• Demonstrate SAP SDLC experience in any modules (e.g. MM, SD, WM, etc.)
• Demonstrate good knowledge in SAP integration
• Good Knowledge on EDI/IDOC and other 3rd party interfaces.
• Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within the specific domain/area of expertise
• Good knowledge or experience in automated warehouse technologies solutions
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spokenere
