Job summary

cbs APAC is seeking an SAP Support Consultant for Extended Warehouse Management in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on incident resolution, change and service request management, and configuration within SAP EWM, collaborating with development teams and regional stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in SAP EWM, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong analytical and communication skills. S/4HANA experience and ABAP basics are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• Hands-on project experience in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of ABAP or basic debugging is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet SLA commitments.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with technical teams and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Incidents: promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents with minimal disruption.
• Change requests: provide advice and solutions to meet business needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Service requests: efficiently handle requests with timely solutions and support for EWM processes.
• Configuration: contribute to configuration and customization of SAP EWM with business requirements, in collaboration with the development team.
• Meet SLA: work with customers and teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.

• Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for Extended Warehouse Management processes.

• Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.

• Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management including strong understanding of EWM processes and integration with other SAP modules.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain business, or other related fields.

• Hands-on project experience in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.

• Knowledge of ABAP or the ability to perform basic debugging is an added benefit.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet SLA commitments.
