Job summary

SCHOTT ASIA IT SERVICES SDN BHD seeks an experienced SAP EWM/WM consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and optimization for SAP WM/EWM across SCHOTT's regional operations in Malaysia.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP EWM/WM, strong MM interfaces knowledge, migration tools (LSMW, MASS, LTMC), ABAP skills preferred, and fluent business English. You will train key users and collaborate with global IT teams on process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years direct experience in SAP EWM or WM module.
• Hands-on configuration and customizing knowledge in SAP EWM/WM, strong knowledge of MM technical objects, migration tools (LSMW, MASS, LTMC) and standard interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of interfaces to adjacent modules (SD, WM, PP, FICO).
• ABAP knowledge is preferable.
• Distinct customer orientation with regards to delivering IT services.
• Business-fluent English skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end support and functional development of SAP WM and EWM.
• Implement SAP WM/EWM and central IT warehouse solutions in international projects.
• Support SCHOTT's global units in process consulting and optimization.
• Design future warehouse management processes with the SCHOTT Group.
• Provide training sessions for SAP key users.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Job description

• Responsible for the end-to-end support and functional development of SAP Warehouse Management (WM & EWM).
• Accountable for the implementation of SAP WM/EWM and additional central IT warehouse solutions as part of international projects.
• As an internal consultant, support SCHOTT's global operating business units in process consulting and optimization.
• Alongside supply chain team, design the future warehouse management processes within the SCHOTT Group.
• Responsibilities also include supporting business departments within SCHOTT's internationally operating IT team (Change and Incident management).
• Conduct training sessions for SAP key users.
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 8 years direct experience in SAP EWM or WM module, preferably completed at least 1-2 full-cycle greenfield implementations
• Hands on configuration and customizing knowledge in SAP EWM/WM, strong knowledge of MM technical objects, migration tools (LSMW, MASS, LTMC) and standard interfaces
• Basic Knowledge of interfaces to adjacent modules, E.g. SD, WM, PP, FICO etc.
• Basic knowledge of SAP TM processes is an advantage.
• Distinct customer orientation with regards to delivering of IT services
• Preferable debugging and ABAP knowledge
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
