Job summary

2C2P System (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to ensure quality across web, mobile, and API platforms in Kuala Lumpur. You will execute manual test cases, report defects, and support automated testing within an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of QA experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English. Familiarity with Playwright or Cypress is a plus, and domain knowledge in finance or e-commerce is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional QA/testing experience.
• Experience in automated and manual testing for web, mobile, and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English communications.
• Familiarity with Playwright or Cypress is an advantage.
• Finance, healthcare, or e-commerce knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Working time: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, work at the office 100%

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and report defects with clear documentation.
• Performfunctional, regression, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and end-to-endtesting.
• Analyze complex software systems to identify root causes of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Agile/Scrum development process.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on testing progress, defect status, and test coverage.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance QA effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 – 5 yearsof professional experience in software testing or a similar QA role.
• Proven experience inAutomate & manual testingfor web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command ofEnglish communication, both written and verbal.
