Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a dedicated Operations Training and Certification Program coordinator in Malaysia. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and evaluating the OTCP to ensure shop floor personnel are competent and ready to perform tasks to required standards.

You will ensure adherence to policies, ESH guidelines, and CSR commitments, while driving timely training, health screenings, and process improvements in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to handle issues and drive improvements.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and conflict management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and issues based on urgency and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the planning, implementation and effectiveness of the Operation Training and Certification Program (OTCP).
• Ensure compliance with all established policies, procedures and QMS requirements.
• Adhere to Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) policies and management system requirements.
• Deliver products that meet customer commitments in terms of functionality, reliability, quality, delivery timeline, volume and cost.
• Ensure attendance at training and retraining programs in a timely manner.
• Ensure legal health examinations and screenings are completed.

Manage and oversee the planning, implementation and effectiveness of the Operation Training and Certification Program (OTCP) ensuring the competency and readiness of shop floor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all established policies, procedures and Quality Management System requirements.
• Adhere to all Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) policies, procedures and management system requirements.
• Comply with the Company’s Business Conduct Guidelines and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies.
• Ensure that you and/or your subordinates attend all required training and retraining programs in a timely manner.
• Ensure that you and/or your subordinates undergo all legally required medical examinations and health screenings.
• Deliver products that meet customer commitments in terms of functionality, reliability, quality, delivery timeline, volume and cost.
• Ensure compliance with control plan deployment and quality control requirements, including a thorough understanding of key process parameters, their specifications and control measures.

Qualifications
