Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Production Control Engineer in Malaysia's Sarawak region. You will monitor and improve On Time Delivery (OTD) and Cycle Time (CT) for customer products and new technology in development, and collaborate with Customer Services to meet requirements.

You will manage Fab WIP and use KPI analyses to guide lot movement, launch new products, and support R&D to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Semiconductor foundry experience preferred.
• Proficient in PowerBI and Excel macros.
• English literate and good interpersonal skills.
• 5 years in Manufacturing Production Control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve OTD and CT of products.
• Track KPI and develop lot movement strategy.
• Launch new products on production line.
• Support R&D to ensure projects delivered on time.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to meet requirements.
• Conduct daily bottleneck analyses with IE/Manufacturing/Module staff.
• Contribute to quality objectives and waste reduction.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY

• Control, manage and improve On Time Delivery (OTD) and Cycle Time (CT) of every customer product and new technology / development engineering lots
• Work closely with Customer Services group to meet customer requirement
• Fab WIP management and cycle time simulation model enhancement to forecast production OTD, CT for next 3 to 6 months

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control and Improve On Time Delivery (OTD) monitoring and shipment arrangement
• Control and Improve Products Cycle Time (CT) tracking
• Track and analysis department Key Performance Indices (KPI) for setting lot movement strategy
• Launch new product(s) in production line smoothly
• Support R&D department to ensure new technology project deliver on time
• Work with Customer Service in meeting customer requirement
• To contribute towards the achievement of quality objectives by complying to the quality operating system and participating in continuous improvement activities (defect prevention, reduction of variation or prevention of waste)
• Conduct daily bottleneck tools Deep Dive with IE, Manufacturing and Module staff.
• Any other assignment deems fit that shall be given to you from time to time.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification: Degree in Industrial Engineering / Production Operations/ Manufacturing / Computer Science or any equivalent
• Experience: Semiconductor foundry experience preferred.
• Team player, fast learner, aggressive

• Hardworking and trustworthy
• Familiar with PowerBI, Scheduler experience for lot dispatching in the Fab, Excel macro.
• Programming knowledge a plus. English literate
