Manage and oversee the planning, implementation and effectiveness of the Operation Training and Certification Program (OTCP) ensuring the competency and readiness of shop floor personnel.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all established policies, procedures and Quality Management System requirements.
- Adhere to all Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) policies, procedures and management system requirements.
- Comply with the Company’s Business Conduct Guidelines and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies.
- Ensure that you and/or your subordinates attend all required training and retraining programs in a timely manner.
- Ensure that you and/or your subordinates undergo all legally required medical examinations and health screenings.
- Deliver products that meet customer commitments in terms of functionality, reliability, quality, delivery timeline, volume and cost.
- Ensure compliance with control plan deployment and quality control requirements, including a thorough understanding of key process parameters, their specifications and control measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to handle issues, drive improvements and address operational findings.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and conflict management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and issues based on urgency and business impact while ensuring timely execution.
- Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of training and competency development principles, with the ability to lead related projects and share knowledge across teams.
