TNG Digital Sdn Bhd invites a Senior Associate Creative Designer to join its Kuala Lumpur team. The role covers concept-to-execution across in-app materials, prints, and social media assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing and other departments to produce impactful designs. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 7 years of design experience, strong proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, and the ability to think creatively

Formación

• Diploma/degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design (or equivalent)
• 7+ years of professional design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• 3D and animation experience is a bonus
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with supervisor and brand/marketing to execute design briefs
• Produce visually impactful design solutions to communicate messages effectively
• Develop creative ideas using a wide range of media and styles, including photography and CAD
• Make informed decisions on colours, artwork, photography, animation, typography and layout across media
• Collaborate with copywriters, UI/UX designers, executives, and brand/marketing specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes

# Senior Associate, *Creative Designer*Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaPermanent#### Duties & Responsibilities* Senior Graphic Designer will be involved in creative design process from concept to execution across a range of projects, ensuring that all visual deliverables align with brand standards and meet project objectives. He/she also will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Marketing, Social Media, and other related departments—to conceptualize and produce impactful designs for in-app materials, prints and social media assets.* KEY RESULTS AREA* 1. Work closely with the supervisor and brand/marketing team to execute design briefs.* 2. Produce visually impactful design solutions to communicate client or customer messages effectively.* 3. Develop creative ideas and concepts, utilizing a wide range of media and styles, including photography and computer-aided design, to meet design objectives.* 4. Make informed decisions or suggestions regarding colours, sound, artwork, photography, animation, typography, and the arrangement of visual elements across different media.* 5.
