Genpact in Malaysia is seeking a Specialist in F&A with a focus on I2C processes. The role involves reconciling accounts, posting policy bill line amounts, and following up on delinquents while maintaining high accuracy in line with SLA requirements.

The ideal candidate has a finance/accounting degree with strong English skills and a track record in AR/AP, collections, and cash application. This position offers office-based work in Malaysia with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level accounting/finance education or higher.
• Experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile agent accounts against remittance records and post amounts to policy bill lines.
• Follow up on delinquent items and amounts in suspense accounts.
• Ensure transactions meet SLA quality metrics and provide timely process reports.
• Adhere to attendance schedules and company policies; coach team members for efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders; demonstrate attention to detail.

Job Description

• Reconcile the agent account as per remittance provided by the account current agent
• To post the amount on policy bill lines received from Agent for policy premium
• Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and for the amount lying in suspense account
• Ensure that quality of transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics
• Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. per predefined rosters
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Coaching and grooming of team members to build a strong and efficient team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
• Eye for Detail and High level of accuracy
• Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change
• Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
