Job summary

Genpact Malaysia Sdn Bhd is hiring a Specialist - F&A - R2R to lead month-end close, reporting, and consolidations in a fast-moving environment.

You will drive audit deliverables, perform balance sheet reconciliations, review month-end journals, and manage intercompany processes with strong closing and reporting experience. Fluent English is required; office-based role in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Masters in finance is a plus and preferred for senior roles.
• Experience with month-end close, reporting and consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end closing activities and related reporting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and journal posting reviews.
• Drive intercompany processes and quarterly audit deliverables.
• Review and post month-end journal entries and ensure KPI/SLA adherence.

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities. Reporting & consolidations. Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries Review & Performing Month End Close activities Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations Handle quarterly intercompany process Resolution of Balancing Items Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)
