Job summary

TNG Digital in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Business Process Analyst to optimize core workflows, boost efficiency across teams, and document standards. You’ll model processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and help implement improvements that scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, operations management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or related role.
• Proficiency in process modelling/analysis tools (BPMN, Visio).
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop process models and documentation.
• Participate in design and implementation of new processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
