PO Coordination: Assist in coordinating and tracking workstreams across legal, financial and regulatory advisors. Maintain an up-to-date project tracker, monitor deadlines and flag outstanding items to the relevant leads.
Document Management: Organise, version-control and maintain corporate documents including board resolutions, regulatory submissions, due diligence materials and advisor correspondence. Ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible.
Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input, update and reconcile data across internal systems, cap tables, corporate registers and IPO-related trackers. Cross-check data for consistency and flag discrepancies promptly.
Research & Analysis Support: Conduct desktop research on comparable company transactions, regulatory requirements, market conditions and investor landscape to support senior team members in preparing presentations and briefing materials.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare agendas for and take minutes at internal and external meetings. Distribute action items and follow up on their completion.
Presentation & Materials Preparation: Assist in drafting and formatting investor presentations, management decks, board papers and internal briefings to a professional standard.
ESG Data Collection & Entry : Gather, organise and input sustainability-related data from internal departments (energy consumption, waste, emissions, social metrics, etc.) into ESG reporting frameworks. Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Sustainability Reporting Support: Assist in preparing sections of the Company's sustainability or ESG report. Compile supporting evidence, format disclosures and cross-reference data against applicable reporting standards.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (Operations, HR, Finance) to collect sustainability data and ensure timely responses to information requests related to ESG disclosures.
Benchmarking & Research: Research ESG trends, peer company disclosures, regulatory developments and relevant sustainability frameworks to support the team in identifying gaps and improvement areas.
Initiative Tracking: Maintain a tracker of ongoing and planned sustainability initiatives, including milestones, responsible owners and progress status. Provide regular updates to the sustainability lead.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the sustainability function, including filing, scheduling, drafting correspondence and supporting the preparation of presentations for internal and external audiences.
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Studies, Law or a related discipline.
2.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to draft clear, professional documents.
3.High attention to detail and comfort working with data, spreadsheets and document management systems.
4.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5.Discreet and professional when handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g. GRI, TCFD, Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting) is an advantage but not required.
