Shine and Hope Therapy in Subang Jaya is seeking a dedicated Special Education Needs Educator cum Shadow Aide to deliver 1:1 IEP sessions and provide school shadow support in the Subang Jaya area. You will work with case supervisors and the clinical team to implement strategies and monitor progress.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience with special needs children, a SEN/ABA/OT background, and a passion for helping children.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years experience working with special needs children.
• Background in SEN, ABA, or OT is required.
• Passionate about working with children.
• Willing to commute to Subang Jaya/Shah Alam.
• Available from November onwards.

Special Education Needs (SEN) Educator cum Shadow Aide

Delivering 1:1 IEP (Individualised Education Plan) sessions and school shadow support as needed. Working closely with Case Supervisors and clinical team to liaise with teachers, parents, and team members on progress and strategies while following individualised behaviour and learning support plans.

About you

Prior 2 years experience working with special needs children (school shadow, therapy, or caregiving experience preferred)

Background in Special Education Needs (SEN), Applied Behavioural Therapy (ABA), or Occupational Therapy (OT) is a MUST

Passionate to work with children

Based in or able to commute reliably to Subang Jaya/Shah Alam area
