Job summary

Aivres in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, is seeking a seasoned supply chain professional to coordinate after-sales spare parts, warehousing, and logistics across local projects such as servers. You will lead a local team, ensure timely parts availability, and collaborate with service departments to resolve supply issues for key projects, while navigating international logistics and customs.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in supply chain, international logistics and customs.
• Experience in inventory management or project management.
• Native proficiency in the local language, fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.
• Familiar with inventory management software such as WMS and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate after-sales spare parts supply, warehousing, and logistics management issue resolution for projects such as servers.
• Meet local customer spare parts support needs by providing timely supply chain solutions.
• Lead local team to continuously improve customer satisfaction and end-to-end spare parts management.
• Evaluate the current status of the global spare parts supply system and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the service department to plan and advance spare parts supply issue resolutions for key service projects.

Responsible for managing and coordinating after-sales spare parts supply, warehousing, and logistics management issue resolution for projects such as servers;

Responsible for meeting local customer spare parts support needs by providing timely supply chain solutions;

Capable of managing and coordinating the local team to continuously improve customer satisfaction and end-to-end spare parts management;

Evaluate the current status of the global spare parts supply system and develop plans and improvement solutions;

Collaborate with the service department to solve various problems, and plan and advance the resolution of spare parts supply issues for key service projects.

Job Requirements:

Familiar with the construction and operation management of IT industry customer service systems, with over 3 years of experience in supply chain, international logistics, and customs;

Experience in inventory management or project management;

Native proficiency in the local language, fluent in English without difficulty; fluency in Mandarin is preferred;

Familiar with inventory management business software, such as WMS, SAP, etc.
