Qualifications

Over 3 years of experience in supply chain, international logistics and customs.
Experience in inventory management or project management.
Native proficiency in the local language, fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.
Familiar with inventory management software such as WMS and SAP.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate after-sales spare parts supply, warehousing, and logistics management issue resolution for projects such as servers.
Meet local customer spare parts support needs by providing timely supply chain solutions.
Lead local team to continuously improve customer satisfaction and end-to-end spare parts management.
Evaluate the current status of the global spare parts supply system and develop improvement plans.
Collaborate with the service department to plan and advance spare parts supply issue resolutions for key service projects.
