Qualifications

• Knowledge of purchasing, order management and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Purchases and provides order fulfillment activities in support of business demand.
• Manages the order status process, including shipping and delivery information in company systems.
• Develops and manages relationships with suppliers to meet deliveries.
• Works with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manages non-conforming inventory, including product disposition.
• Provides timely communication to sales and customer operations on order status.
• Assists in managing inventory aging and fill rate.
• Supports supplier management activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
