Meili Resort Hotel Sdn Bhd is seeking a professional Spa Therapist to deliver massage treatments, body therapies and spa services in line with resort standards. You will consult guests, tailor treatments to preferences and health considerations, and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety throughout every session.

The role requires a recognised Massage Therapy Certificate, at least 2 years' experience in spa or hotel settings, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication;

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Must possess a recognised Massage Therapy Certificate (Sijil Urutan / Sijil Terapi Urut).
• Minimum two (2) years of working experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort spa environment will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to speak, read and write in Chinese/Mandarin will be an added advantage

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional massage treatments, body treatments and spa services to guests in accordance with the resort's standards and procedures.
• Perform various massage techniques and treatments based on guests' needs, preferences and requirements.
• Conduct guest consultations before treatments to understand their preferences and identify any relevant health concerns.
• Prepare treatment rooms, massage beds, towels, oils and other necessary supplies before each appointment.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper sanitisation of treatment rooms, equipment and spa facilities at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guests enjoy a relaxing, comfortable and memorable spa experience.
• Recommend suitable spa treatments, packages and products to guests where appropriate.
• Handle guest enquiries, treatment bookings and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor spa supplies and report any shortages, damages or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
• Maintain professional grooming, personal hygiene and a pleasant attitude when attending to guests.
• Ensure all treatments are performed safely and professionally while maintaining guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Follow the resort's Spa Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), service standards and workplace policies.
• Be flexible and willing to work extra hours, overtime, weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements.
• Assist with other spa-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Willing to be stationed at MEILI Resort Hotel, Semporna, Sabah.
