ATLAS COPCO (PHILIPPINES), INC. seeks a regional channel leader to own and grow the General Vacuum indirect channel across Southeast Asia and Oceania.

You will define strategy by country, segment and brand, and serve as the single point of accountability for channel performance, coverage and dealer health. Collaborate with leadership to drive dealer growth, manage onboarding of new dealers, and ensure timely reporting with clear action plans.

Qualifications

• Take full ownership of the General Vacuum indirect channel across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
• Build and maintain the channel strategy by country, segment and brand.
• Be accountable for channel performance, coverage and dealer health and report to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Ensure dealer targets are agreed and reviewed with performance scorecards.
• Develop potential plans with key dealers and owners.
• Recruit and onboard new dealers across the region.
