Job summary

Epicor is seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Demand Generation Field Marketer to drive pipeline growth across Southeast Asia. You will own end-to-end integrated demand gen programs, from planning through measurement, with limited supervision, collaborating with Sales, BD and central marketing teams.

Based in the APAC region with a hybrid setup, you’ll translate business priorities into measurable campaigns, manage multi-market initiatives, and use CRM and marketing automation to optimize

Qualifications

• Experience delivering integrated demand generation in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Ability to independently manage multiple programs with deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the B2B buying journey and pipeline development.
• Proficient in using data to optimise campaigns and ROI.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Business Development teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated demand generation programs across channels.
• Translate business priorities into clear execution plans with objectives, audiences, and budgets.
• Own programs end-to-end from planning to measurement and optimisation.
• Identify risks and blockers, elevating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales/BD to align pipeline priorities and target accounts.
• Provide regular visibility on campaign progress, risks, and results.
