Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and procurement of goods and services within quality standards and budget.
• Support negotiations to achieve favourable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate performance.
• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders with complete documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments to forecast demand.
• Inspect incoming goods to ensure quality and escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and serve as primary contact for inquiries.
• Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and cost-savings updates.
