Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or equivalent.
• 2+ years purchasing/sourcing experience in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage quotations for new and existing materials, ensuring competitiveness.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates on requested materials/components for projects.
• Source and develop new suppliers at competitive prices, lead times and quality standards.
• Evaluate suppliers’ scale, technical specifications, capabilities and capacity to meet quality, cost and delivery expectations.
• Execute regular cost reduction initiatives with suppliers.
• Identify and introduce alternative materials with more competitive costs and no supply constraints.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity, cost optimization and risk mitigation.
