According to the procurement needs and departmental requirements, employee can independently carry out supplier development and integration, purchase agreement maintenance, supplier relationship maintenance, etc. of the material categories they are responsible for, regularly report on the progress of supplier development management and price negotiation, and communicate in a timely manner when they encounter bottlenecks.

Through strategic procurement, market analysis and price negotiation, the procurement cost of the company's materials is controlled in the procurement execution, reflecting the maximum value of procurement.

Through the daily management and inspection of suppliers, identify potential risks and classify the suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and also able to eliminate the recurrence of the same type of quality problems.

Through communication and coordination with R&D and suppliers, employee ensure the smooth progress of new project and OEM projects; able to recommend advanced technology in the industry and promote it in the company will be additional advantage.

Through the understanding of the market situation and communication with various manufacturers, able to provide business guidance to the selection of R&D devices, participate in material selection in the early stage of the new project, and eliminate materials that are not generic, have been discontinued or have short-term suspension risks.

By maintaining good relations with suppliers, promoting win-win cooperation between both parties, requiring and supervising supplier stocking, assisting in handling abnormal material supply problems and quality problems that are difficult for Procurement Fulfillment Specialists and SQE to deal with, and ensuring the continuous normal supply of materials (material supply) of the company.

Requirements

Good communication skills. Proficient in English reading and writing, good oral Chinese ability.

More than 3 years' experience in purchasing and development, proficient in mechanical parts, packaging materials, auxiliary materials. Work experience in ODM, EMS related procurement fields is preferred.

Possess strong market analysis capabilities and keen responsiveness (including customers, suppliers, raw material markets), and good overall planning, resource integration and data analysis capabilities.

Good moral character, strong sense of responsibility and resilience.
